The promotion of lifelong learning and the free movement of citizens for study, training or work are the objectives around which the European policies implemented over the years revolve to strengthen the employability of citizens and, in particular, of young people.
The achievement of these objectives is also based on greater transparency and comparability of qualifications across the European Union, in a perspective of progressive convergence of education and training systems.
To support the aforementioned policies, a series of European tools and networks have been developed and implemented for access to information and orientation and for the transparency and comparability of qualifications, in order to facilitate mobility for study, training and Work. These include, among others: EQF (European Qualification Framework), Euroguidance and Europass.

Europass is the set of tools that allows you to easily communicate your skills and qualifications throughout Europe. But also to access resources to best present your applications and respond to job offers in Europe.
Euroguidance is the European network of information centers for orientation and mobility, which promotes the exchange of information on orientation and education systems and study and training opportunities in Europe.
The dissemination and implementation of the European instruments on transparency EQF, Euroguidance and Europass is ensured in the Member States by the relevant National Contact Points, established in Italy at Anpal (Agenzia Nazionale per le Politiche Attive del Lavoro) with the task of supporting their implementation and dissemination at national level.
